Activities

Our Activities Officers organise many activities in the home - arts and crafts, bingo, aromatherapy and simple cooking. Musicians, singers and other entertainers come in on a regular basis and we arrange visits to local points of interest. We also have a full timetable of activities taking place every afternoon throughout the week, which we encourage residents to join in with as often as they wish to. From time to time, the activities officer is able to spend time doing one-to-one activities such as reading and replying to mail, crosswords, quizzes and individual shopping trips.
